Business Analyst (Relocation Opportunity – India, Gurugram)

About the Role
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join an international investment and advisory organization operating across Europe, Asia, and the CIS region. The company focuses on building, scaling, and transforming businesses through strategic investments, partnerships, and M&A activities, with strong expertise in fintech, retail, banking, IT, media, and entertainment.
What you will be doing
- Digitalization, optimization, and automation of business processes (sales funnels, marketing reporting, customer acquisition channels, etc.)
- Applied business analytics based on structured reporting and data insights
- Interaction with senior management to support business growth and decision-making
- Development of dashboards and reports in Power BI
- Writing SQL queries and scripts of varying complexity
- Possible use of Python for automation and ETL processes
Requirements
- University degree in a mathematical, technical, or analytical field
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a Business/Data Analyst
- Strong SQL skills (advanced level)
- Experience with Power BI / DAX is a plus
- Interest in business analytics and data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to relocate to India
- Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
