Hostman is a European cloud and PaaS platform for SMB, B2B, SaaS and AI/ML companies that need reliable infrastructure, predictable pricing, 24/7 support and stronger control over where their data is hosted.
We are looking for a Sales Director, Europe — a founding commercial role for someone who wants to build Hostman’s European sales motion from the ground up.
What you will do:
- build Hostman’s sales in Europe from scratch;
- own the full sales cycle: prospecting, discovery, negotiation and closing;
- develop partnerships with resellers, integrators, consulting and tech partners;
- work with AI/ML, SaaS, SMB and B2B companies as key segments;
- bring market feedback to product and marketing;
- represent Hostman in the European tech/cloud ecosystem;
- build a repeatable sales playbook and later hire the team.
We are looking for someone with:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales;
- experience in cloud, PaaS, IaaS, DevTools, SaaS or technical infrastructure;
- experience building sales or launching a new market;
- a strong network in the European tech / SaaS / startup ecosystem;
- ability to sell to both technical teams and C-level stakeholders;
- fluent English;
- strong ownership and comfort with ambiguity.
Experience with AI tools in sales research, outreach, deal preparation and pipeline analysis is highly valued.
