About the Role
The Growth team at Salmon is looking for a sharp and driven Product Analyst to develop smarter cross-sell strategies for current customers, using recommendation models alongside behavioral signals and customer lifecycle context.
Your work will directly impact how we grow revenue and customer value—by improving our ability to offer the right credit products to the right users at the right time. From fine-tuning the PV model to running A/B tests and uncovering new opportunities in our data, you’ll help shape a high-leverage engine for growth.
This is a hands-on role at the intersection of analytics, experimentation, and product strategy—ideal for someone who thrives on ownership, insight, and measurable outcomes.
Key responsibilities:
- Lead core analytics initiatives to optimize cross-sell performance and customer LTV
- Design and run experiments on pricing, limits, and timing to improve take-up and margin
- Monitor and improve the PV model, ensuring accuracy and actionability
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Engineering to define KPIs and measure feature impact
- Build and maintain scalable reporting tools and dashboards in our data warehouse
- Uncover new customer segments, product opportunities, and high-impact levers
- Translate insights into clear product recommendations and strategic actions
- Act as the subject-matter expert for all things cross-sell analytics
What we expect from candidate:
- 1.5+ years of experience as a data analyst, ideally within product or growth teams
- Strong SQL skills and familiarity with Python for data analysis
- Solid grasp of statistics and A/B testing design
- Experience with BI tools; Tableau is a plus
- Understanding of PV/LTV modeling is a plus
- Analytical thinker with the ability to prioritize and move fast in a dynamic environment
- Clear communicator able to align stakeholders and present data-driven stories
- Self-starter mindset with a strong sense of ownership and curiosity to uncover what works
