- Our cash compensation amount for this role ranges depending on the cost of labor of the geographic area. The ranges shared below may change if you are hired in another geographic location.
- United States (all figures cited below in USD and pertain to workers in the United States)
- Zone A: $380,000 - $475,000
- Zone B: $320,000 - $400,000
- Zone C: $300,000 - $375,000
- Canada (all figures cited below are in CAD and pertain to workers in BC, Canada)

About you:
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in sales with 4+ years of enterprise leadership
- Deep experience navigating complex, multi-stakeholder sales cycles within B2B SaaS environments
- Proven track record of leading and scaling high-performing Enterprise Account Executive teams
- Expertise in helping teams move upmarket while managing increasing deal size and complexity

- Have a familiarity with (or enthusiasm for learning) web design, development concepts, and Webflow's platform
