We’re expanding Webflow’s legal team and are hiring a Senior Commercial Counsel, GTM to serve as a strategic legal partner to our Sales organization and broader cross-functional teams. In this highly visible, high-impact role, you’ll lead complex commercial negotiations and directly enable revenue growth by scaling and streamlining Webflow’s commercial legal processes.
The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets. We've structured the base pay ranges for this role into zones for our geographic markets: Zone A: $197,000 - $252,000; Zone B: $185,000 - $237,000; Zone C: $173,000 - $222,000. This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program.
