Why this role matters
As a Senior Odoo Developer within the Enterprise Applications team, you will play a key role in evolving and maintaining a world-class ERP system built on the Odoo platform. Your work will directly support mission-critical business functions across the company by designing, customising, and integrating ERP solutions that are secure, scalable, and well-aligned with the needs of internal stakeholders. You will be responsible for full-cycle development: from technical design and implementation to data migration, deployment, and user support.
Responsibilities
- The Odoo Developer is accountable for the continuous evolution, maintenance, and technical integrity of the company’s Odoo-based ERP platform. This includes driving code quality, performance improvements, database design, and ensuring long-term scalability of the system architecture.
- Architectural review of solutions, development of plans for designing and evolving the system.
- Responsible for configuring and adapting the ERP system to support critical business workflows across departments.
- Own the design, implementation, and maintenance of custom Odoo modules and extensions.
- Accountable for integrating Odoo with other enterprise systems.
- Provide day-to-day technical support for ERP users.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
- 4+ years of hands-on experience with the Odoo platform.
- Strong proficiency in Python.
