We are looking for a Junior+ Asset-Liability Management (ALM) Analyst who is ready to bridge the gap between technical data and strategic decision-making. In this high-visibility role, you will support senior leadership in managing the balance sheet, ensuring liquidity, and mitigating interest rate risk.
Challenges that await you:
- Assist in the end-to-end collection and validation of balance sheet data from various business units.
- Support the monitoring of key risk & profitability indicators.
- Act as the central point of contact to ensure seamless information flow between FP&A, Accounting, Treasury, Risk and Product teams.
- Take ownership of the compilation, formatting, and quality control of the Internal reporting, up to Asset-Liability Committee (ALCO) reporting package.
- Follow up on ALM-initiated activities to ensure that strategic decisions made by the committee are implemented across the organization.
- Partner with Data Engineering and IT teams to translate financial needs into technical specifications for automated reporting tools
What makes you a great fit:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Actuarial Science, or Engineering.
- 1–3 years in a Treasury, ALM, or specialized Finance role.
- Advanced Excel (VBA/Power Query). Familiarity with SQL, Python, or specialized ALM software (e.g., QRM, Ambit, or Kamakura) is a significant advantage.
- Familiarity with CNBV and Banxico liquidity/capital requirements and/or knowledge of Basel III frameworks.
- Ability to conduct complex financial discussions and write executive reports in 100% Professional English.
- Comfort working in an 'on-call' capacity alongside senior team members during critical reporting windows or market volatility.
