We're EODHD APIs, a fast-growing financial data API company with 500+ B2B clients across 40+ countries. This role focuses on building relationships with existing clients, identifying upgrade opportunities, and ensuring clients get value before they consider leaving.
What you'll do
Own a portfolio of global clients through regular check-ins and relationship building
Identify upsell opportunities (API limit increases, data feed upgrades, WebSocket add-ons, Personal plan to commercial plan)
Run proactive outreach when clients are approaching limits or have not been active
Conduct exit interviews with every churned client
Flag product issues and data gaps to the team. You are the early warning system.
Track all client interactions in Bitrix24
Who we're looking for
2+ years in account management or customer success in B2B SaaS or data
Comfortable speaking with developers, quants, and product managers
Able to manage a global client base across multiple time zones
Familiarity with financial data or fintech is a plus
Working hours: CET
Fluent English
