We are looking for a Data Scientist with solid fundamentals in data work, statistics, and hands-on experience delivering computer vision solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop, train, and deploy computer vision models
- Work with image datasets: preprocessing, validation, and quality control of labels/annotations
- Improve model accuracy and robustness through error analysis and iterative experimentation
- Optimize models for inference (performance, latency, resource usage)
- Integrate and automate CV models within an end-to-end solution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, domain experts)
- Maintain research documentation and reports
- Monitor model performance and implement improvements based on metrics and feedback
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Data Science / ML (Middle-/Middle level)
- Strong Python skills for data processing and model development
- Experience with deep learning for computer vision
- Experience with YOLO for object detection and segmentation
- Practical experience interpreting model outputs, performing error analysis, and formulating new hypotheses
- Experience presenting results (demos, internal talks, reports)
- Experience with localization and mapping tasks, including ORB-SLAM, particle filters, and Kalman filter
- Basic knowledge of CMake, as well as an understanding of how applications are built and debugged
