We are looking for a Technical Product Lead to own and scale all customer-facing and internal products that require centralized Backoffice and Operations involvement.
This role sits at the intersection of Product, Operations, Customer Service, Sales (RMs), and Technology. You will be fully accountable for designing, launching, and continuously improving processes, tools, and interfaces that enable seamless execution of debit and deposit products across online and offline channels.
The role reports directly to the Head of Debit / Deposit Business Unit Head and plays a critical part in scaling acquisition, servicing, and operational excellence.
