Senior Recruiter
We’re actively growing and are now looking for an experienced Senior Recruiter to join our team. In this role, you will own the full hiring cycle across a variety of roles, including both IT and non-IT positions, partnering closely with hiring managers to support the company’s growth.
You will manage end-to-end recruitment processes, build strong candidate pipelines, and ensure a high-quality hiring experience for both candidates and stakeholders. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working on diverse roles, operates independently, and thrives in a fast-paced, international environment.
Challenges that await you:
- Owning end-to-end recruitment: from intake meetings and sourcing to offer and closing
- Managing a diverse pipeline of vacancies across IT and non-IT functions
- Partnering with hiring managers to define role requirements, timelines, and hiring strategy
- Proactively sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and direct search
- Conducting interviews and coordinating the selection process
- Ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout all stages
- Tracking recruitment metrics and maintaining accurate pipeline reporting
- Supporting and improving recruitment processes, workflows, and hiring best practices
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment
- Experience hiring for different types of roles (IT and non-IT)
- Strong sourcing skills and ability to build pipelines proactively
- Good stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple roles simultaneously in a dynamic environment
- Structured, organized, and results-driven approach to hiring
- Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher level of English for work in an international team
