About Adsgram
AdsGram is an ambitious startup building an advertising platform similar to Google Ads — but within the Telegram ecosystem. Our business team is globally distributed, and English is our default working language. We’re growing rapidly and are looking for an experienced Senior Account Manager (Advertiser Relations) to join us remotely.
Responsibilities
- Manage and develop an assigned portfolio of advertisers
- Consult clients on launching, optimizing, and scaling advertising campaigns on the Adsgram platform
- Support advertisers with campaign setup, optimization, and performance improvements
- Analyze advertisers’ goals and needs and propose solutions to improve campaign efficiency (ROI, reach, conversions)
- Collect and relay client feedback to product and technical teams
- Collaborate with product, support, and marketing teams to resolve issues quickly
- Participate in initiatives aimed at improving internal processes and overall client service
Qualifications
- 2–3+ years of experience in digital advertising or account management
- Experience working with advertising platforms or ad tech tools (DSPs, performance platforms, etc.)
- Strong understanding of online advertising principles and performance metrics
- Interest in the Telegram ecosystem (experience with Telegram Ads or mini-apps is a strong plus)
- Excellent communication skills and a results-driven mindset
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher
- Independence, proactivity, and a continuous improvement mindset
