We are seeking an experienced Marketing Intelligence Analyst to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Establish Brand Marketing Metrics and KPIs: Define a comprehensive measurement framework for brand marketing efforts, encompassing key performance metrics like social listening, share of voice, engagement rates, reach, and conversion tracking.
- Develop Tracking and Reporting Systems: Set up analytics tools and dashboards for real-time reporting on brand marketing metrics. This includes insights into video metrics, audience behavior, and campaign-specific KPIs to enable ongoing optimization.
- Conduct Social Listening and Sentiment Analysis: Implement tools to track brand sentiment, share of voice, and social media conversations, converting insights into strategic recommendations for brand perception and engagement.
- Collaborate with Product Data Analysts: Partner with product data teams to explore correlations between marketing data and product metrics, helping to identify cross-functional patterns that could inform both marketing and product strategies.
- Contribute to Brand Health Studies: Serve as a key internal partner for brand health research, collaborating with agencies to track brand awareness, reputation, and sentiment over time.
- Deliver Insights for Marketing Optimization: Provide insights on a variety of metrics — including social engagement, video performance, campaign conversions, and cost-efficiency — to inform brand marketing strategies and help refine future campaigns.
Job requirements
- 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, brand measurement, or data analysis, with a strong track record in setting up measurement frameworks and delivering actionable insights.
- Proficiency in social listening tools, share-of-voice analysis, social media tracking, video performance metrics, and conversion analysis.
- Experience with tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or other data visualization and reporting software.
- Knowledge of digital marketing metrics, including audience demographics, engagement rates, brand sentiment, and conversion tracking.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, especially product data analysts, to correlate brand marketing and product metrics.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Data Science, Statistics, or a related field.
