What you’ll do:
- Analyze performance marketing across marketing channels
- Own CAC, LTV, ROI analysis and help optimize marketing efficiency
- Build and maintain attribution models and support incrementality testing
- Design and analyze A/B tests across creatives, landing pages, and funnels
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Data teams to identify growth opportunities
- Build dashboards and reports for leadership and marketing teams
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in marketing / product / data analytics
- Strong SQL and experience working with large datasets
- Experience with digital analytics tools (GA4, Mixpanel, Amplitude, Looker, etc.)
- Solid understanding of performance marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, ROAS, attribution)
- Hands-on experience with A/B testing and experiment design
- Experience working with event tracking and GTM
- Upper-intermediate English or higher
- Python++
Nice to have:
- Knowledge of incrementality testing, MMM, or causal inference
- Experience using LLMs for analytics use cases (reporting automation, anomaly detection, internal tools)
