JMS is a unique solution for local marketplaces that want to expand their assortment with international inventory. By simply integrating JMS via API or white-label solution, marketplaces get instant access to millions of products from all over the world. JMS is a key initiative of Joom Group, an international tech-centric group of e-commerce companies that was founded in 2016 in Latvia.
Joom Group also includes the following businesses: Joom, a global cross-border marketplace; JoomPro, the first and only end-to-end cross-border B2B marketplace; JoomPulse, an AI analytics tool for Mercado Livre sellers; and Onfy, a pharmaceutical marketplace in Germany. Joom Group has offices in Latvia, China, Germany, and Brazil, with its headquarters in Lisbon, Portugal. We work as one international team, sharing knowledge and collaborating across countries, businesses and products.
Now we are looking for a Senior Project Manager who will drive the launch of our new White Label solution and manage complex integrations with our key partners.
Responsibilities
- Manage the full lifecycle of partner integration projects
- Drive the launch of new White Label solutions for major partners
- Coordinate cross-functional teams including engineering, analytics, support, and finance
- Collect and prioritize technical and product requirements from clients
- Facilitate regular communication and progress tracking with external stakeholders
- Monitor project timelines, resources, and delivery quality
- Support existing partners integrations and optimize operational processes
Requirements
- Extensive experience in IT project management within tech companies
- Proven track record of managing complex e-commerce integrations
- Ability to dive deep into product details and handle diverse tasks independently
- Strong understanding of software development processes and technical products
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Upper-Intermediate English or higher (B2+)
Preferred
- Experience in the e-commerce
- Background in cross-border trade or marketplace operations
