Role Overview
Own and drive the Dragon Farm's visual and UX direction, from UI and in-game assets to overall creative flow. Lead design execution, collaborate cross-functionally, manage designers and freelancers, and introduce new visuals and features that improve gameplay and engagement.
Responsibilities
- Design Ownership: Lead and execute game design elements, from UI/UX to loot boxes and in-game assets.
- UI/UX Strategy: Improve user experience across platforms by creating clean, intuitive, and playful interfaces.
- Creative Direction: Make key visual and strategic decisions for the overall aesthetic and user flow.
- Design Execution: Create game screens, promotional assets, mini-app interfaces, and other visual content.
- Team Leadership: Oversee a growing team of designers and freelancers.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, marketing, and development teams to ensure cohesive visual storytelling.
- Innovation: Propose and implement new features and visuals that enhance gameplay and engagement.
Requirements
- Portfolio in game design (especially mobile or casual games).
- Experience in UI/UX, illustration, and 2D game asset creation.
- Hands-on design skills and ability to set visual standards for others.
- Proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator, or similar tools.
- Experience with Telegram or mobile-first design is a big plus.
- Russian language proficiency to communicate with the core team.
- Creative mindset with a strong understanding of user preferences and game aesthetics.
