Team, about the role
Gardenscapes - our flagship project and one of the top 10 grossing games worldwide - is updating its visual language and looking for artists capable of strengthening its leadership in the casual genre. We are taking Match-3 to a new level of quality to set the industry standard. We provide cutting-edge AI tools and the support to master them, creating a space for experimentation and initiative.
Tasks
- Collaborating with the Producer to shape a new vision for the art style of the Match-3 layer
- Creating new visual solutions and revitalizing our approaches, pipelines, and overall strategy
- Creating concepts for new elements and enhancing the existing ones
- Establishing a vision for Match-3 elements that will serve as a North Star for the team
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in game development, preferably with Match-3 projects
- A strong aesthetic vision for the product - exceptional artistic taste, a broad visual library, and a keen sense of quality balance
- A solid understanding of production pipelines and the specifics of art development for games
- An excellent understanding of small-scale forms and volumes in Match-3 elements, coupled with high-level rendering skills Proven experience in asset design and the creation of complex visual concepts
- Working knowledge of 3D (actively used in our Match-3 development process)
- Ability to identify errors in art and workflows and provide the team with constructive feedback
- Knowledge of the global mobile game market and trends in graphics.

- Proficiency in using AI-generation tools
