Regulatory Reports Controller

Risk Technology team:

We are looking for our next Regulatory Reports Controller who understands how CNBV, Banxico and CONDUSEF regulate reporting obligations, knows where to find official regulatory documents, can track updates, interpret requirements and translate them into clear business requirements for development and reporting teams.

Challenges that await you:

• Maintain understanding of reporting obligations across CNBV, Banxico and CONDUSEF.
• Locate, track and interpret regulatory documents, updates and technical guidelines.
• Translate regulatory requirements into clear business requirements (scope, logic, data fields, validation rules).
• Decompose regulatory changes into tasks for product, data, engineering and reporting teams.
• Identify when existing reports need updates and define impact on automated reporting flows.
• Provide second-line support and validate the regulatory correctness of implemented logic.
• Collaborate with Compliance, Risk, Product and Engineering teams.

What makes you a great fit:

• Strong understanding of Mexico’s regulatory ecosystem (CNBV, Banxico, CONDUSEF).
• Ability to read and interpret regulatory texts and produce structured business requirements.
• Experience with regulatory reports across any domain (risk, product, operations, AML/AF, ALM, finance).
• Analytical mindset, structured thinking, attention to detail.
• English — upper-intermediate+.
• Bachelor’s in Law, Economics, Engineering or related fields.
