Business Analyst Middle/Middle+ [Debit Products]
Plata is expanding into new markets, and the timeline toward the regulatory audit in Colombia is rapidly shrinking.
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Debit Cards team to deeply analyze the Colombian debit product landscape, work through regulatory, legal, and tax requirements, and translate them into clear, actionable specifications for IT teams.
Challenges that await you:
- Closely collaborating with legal, tax, and external consultants specializing in Colombia
- Working with Product Managers to shape the debit product vision down to regulatory and operational details
- Analyzing regulatory requirements and translating them into product and system requirements
- Deeply understanding product workflows and defining clear Definition of Done for IT teams
- Ensuring end-to-end traceability of regulatory requirements from source to implementation
What makes you a great fit:
- Strong understanding of banking operations and card products (debit cards, payment flows, fees, KYC/AML)
- Experience as a Business Analyst or Product Analyst
- Experience in fintech or banking is a strong advantage
- Ability to work with complex regulatory requirements and ambiguity
- Experience working with legal and compliance stakeholders is a plus
