Partnership Programs Associate
We are looking for a proactive and highly responsive Partnership Programs Associate to manage and scale our cashback and MSI (installment) programs.
This role is focused on identifying and onboarding new brands and merchants to participate in cashback initiatives, while coordinating the full launch process internally — from legal and finance alignment to product visibility and marketing execution.
You will not be responsible for designing campaigns yourself, but for orchestrating and ensuring flawless execution, managing follow-ups, tracking performance, and maintaining strong partner relationships.
Challenges that await you:
- Identify and evaluate new brands and merchants to integrate into cashback and MSI programs.
- Manage and coordinate cashback initiatives end-to-end:
- App visibility
- Internal alignment
- Reconciliation and payments
- Ongoing follow-up
- Lead the onboarding process for new partners, coordinating across Legal, Finance, Product, Marketing, and App teams.
- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned partners and key accounts.
- Align cashback mechanics, commercial terms, and campaign conditions directly with partners.
- Coordinate marketing campaign launches and ensure proper document execution and approvals.
- Track performance metrics and proactively identify opportunities to increase cashback volumes.
- Coordinate potential investment discussions and ensure internal alignment when required.
- Maintain strong ongoing partner relationships and ensure smooth program execution.

- Based in Mexico City (CDMX).

- Experience working with partnership, affiliate, loyalty, or cashback programs.
- Exposure to fintech, banking, or high-growth tech environments.
- Russian language skills (big plus).
