You will be part of the People team, focusing on supporting employees throughout their entire lifecycle within the organization. The role acts as a primary point of contact for employees, ensuring a consistent, positive, and human-centered experience across all key moments of the employee journey. You will work closely with other People functions (Talent Acquisition, Payroll, Total Rewards, Learning, and Legal) to ensure seamless people processes and policies.
Challenges that await you:
- Own and support the end-to-end employee journey, including onboarding, internal mobility, performance cycles, leaves, and offboarding.
- Act as a trusted partner for employees, addressing questions, concerns, and sensitive situations with empathy, fairness, and confidentiality.
- Manage employee relations processes, including performance improvement processes, and terminations, ensuring compliance and a respectful employee experience.
- Identify pain points and opportunities for improvement across the employee lifecycle, contributing to better processes, communication, and experience.
- Support managers from an employee-experience perspective, ensuring people practices are applied consistently and responsibly.
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience in People Operations, People Partner, Employee Relations, or HR Generalist roles with strong exposure to employee lifecycle management.
- High level of empathy, emotional intelligence, and ability to handle sensitive conversations professionally.
- Solid knowledge of HR policies, local labor regulations, and people processes.
- Strong organizational and communication skills, with a service-oriented and employee-first mindset.
- Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and maintain discretion at all times.
