About The Role

We are looking for a Head of Sales – Treasury Solutions to build and lead our go-to-market efforts in Germany.

Your Mission

• Build and lead the Treasury Solutions sales team.
• Develop and execute sales strategies for Interest Accounts and the Business Depot.
• Identify key customer segments and deliver compelling value propositions.
• Drive a performance-focused culture with clear KPIs.

Your Profile

• 5+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in treasury, investment products, or corporate banking.
• Proven success in building and scaling sales teams in the German market.
• Confident selling to CFOs, finance leads, and C-level stakeholders.
• Fluent in German and English.
