Job Purpose:
The Head of B2B Sales is responsible for driving sustainable revenue growth across Partner Channel and Enterprise segments in the Egypt region by defining and executing scalable sales strategies, strengthening partner ecosystems and ensuring excellence in pipeline management, forecasting and sales execution. The role owns regional sales performance while building a high-performing, well-enabled B2B sales organization aligned with overall business objectives.
Main responsibilities:
- Drive channel sales growth using the RFY (Reach, Frequency, Yield) framework
- Scale revenue through Distributors, Managed & Unmanaged Resellers
- Own Partner Programs, rebates, incentives and Deal Registration governance
- Lead Enterprise account planning with AMs/KAMs, ensuring strong new and renewal pipeline coverage
- Drive pipeline management, hygiene, and forecasting in Salesforce
- Achieve quarterly targets with ±5% forecast accuracy
- Increase non-EP revenue share to 40% of total Enterprise revenue
- Align with Marketing to drive pipeline generation and new logo penetration, as well as increase SMB run rate via scalable, new-business marketing campaigns
- Coach, develop, and hire high-performing B2B sales teams
- Set clear KPIs and manage performance to exceed sales targets
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or related field (MBA preferred)
- 15+ years of experience in sales leadership, ideally within IT or Cybersecurity solutions
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets in the SMB or mid-market segment
- Strong knowledge of cybersecurity products, services and industry challenges
- Excellent leadership, communication and negotiation skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems and sales analytics tools
- Team management experience
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment
