Our new Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving growth in our organic channels and developing effective communities in LATAM. This role involves designing and implementing a comprehensive strategy for student engagement, community building, and ambassador programs to boost sales and enhance our market presence. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and results-driven leader with a proven track record of successful marketing initiatives.
What you will do
Video Production & Content Ownership
- Lead end-to-end production of video content including student Success Stories, YouTube content, and marketing videos
- Define video goals, messaging, and intended marketing or product use cases
- Ensure content aligns with brand, storytelling, and performance marketing objectives
- Work closely with marketing and growth teams to translate business goals into video concepts
Talent & Student Coordination
- Build relationships with students and prepare them for filming
- Conduct pre-shoot interviews and help shape storylines and narratives
- Guide participants during filming, ensuring strong, authentic storytelling
Production Management
- Coordinate video shoots in Mexico City (location scouting, scheduling, logistics, crew coordination)
- Manage communication with external production team
- Prepare production briefs and creative guidelines
- Oversee on-set filming process and ensure creative and operational quality
Post-Production & Delivery
- Manage post-production timelines and deliverables
- Set deadlines and supervise production vendors during editing and delivery
- Ensure all video formats meet marketing, social media, and YouTube requirements
- Maintain production quality and consistency across all content
Budget & Process Ownership
- Manage video production budgets and resource allocation
- Optimize production processes and workflows
- Track production efficiency and ensure timely delivery
Requirements
Requirements
- Based in Mexico City and available for on-site production work
- 2+ years of experience in video production, creative production, or content production roles
- Strong experience organizing and managing video shoots
- Experience working with external production teams, vendors, or agencies
- Strong storytelling and interview skills
- Experience working with marketing and branded content
- Strong project management and organizational skills
- Experience managing production timelines and budgets
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Spanish and English communication skills
Nice to Have
- Experience producing testimonial or documentary-style content
- Experience working with YouTube content production
- Understanding of performance marketing video formats
- Experience working in education, tech, or startup environments
