HR Operations Specialist

Now we are looking for an HR Operations Specialist to join our team.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Coordinate and manage the end-to-end onboarding process for new employees, including documentation, orientation, and system setup.
- Oversee the offboarding process for departing employees, ensuring a smooth and compliant exit experience.
- Maintain, update, and audit employee records in accordance with internal standards and legal requirements.
- Ensure the secure management and proper organization of all HR files and documentation.
- Monitor changes in labor laws and employment regulations; ensure HR policies and procedures remain compliant.
- Prepare, analyze, and submit accurate HR reports for internal management and regulatory bodies as required.
- Serve as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll, procedures, and benefits.
- Address routine employee concerns and escalate complex or sensitive issues to HR leadership.
- Collaborate with HRIS and data teams to design, test, and implement dashboards, reports, and system enhancements.
- Contribute to HR initiatives and special projects, such as process improvements, policy revisions, and system rollouts.
About You:
- 3+ years of progressive experience in HR operations, with a focus on onboarding, offboarding, and employee lifecycle processes.
- Strong knowledge of local labor laws, compliance requirements, and HR best practices.
- Proven experience working with HRIS platforms (BambooHR highly desirable).
- Excellent organizational and documentation skills, with a keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer-focused approach to employee support.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to escalate complex issues appropriately.
- Proactive mindset with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
- Experience supporting HR process improvement or change management projects is highly desirable.
