System Analyst NetSuite
We are looking for an experienced System Analyst with an experience based on Oracle NetSuite solutions to join our team. This role will focus on customising, configuring, and integrating NetSuite ERP to support our business operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders to analyse business needs, set up new modules, and design seamless integrations with banks, SaaS solutions, and other third-party services
Challenges that await you:
- Assess and translate business requirements into functional NetSuite solutions
- Work with stakeholders to improve ERP workflows and automation
- Implement and configure new NetSuite modules based on business needs
- Optimize existing workflows and create custom scripts (SuiteScript)
- Maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs for business intelligence
- Develop and maintain integrations with banks (payment processing, reconciliation), SaaS platforms (e.g., Procurify), and other external services
- Utilize SuiteScript, SuiteTalk API, and RESTlets to enhance system functionality
- Support and troubleshoot NetSuite issues, ensuring smooth system operation
- Provide technical documentation and user training for system enhancements
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years of experience in Oracle NetSuite implementation and customization
- Strong background in ERP workflows and business process automation
- Experience in financial processes, banking integrations, or e-commerce platforms
- Experience in integrating NetSuite with banking services, SaaS, and third-party applications
- Proficiency in SuiteScript, SuiteTalk API (REST/SOAP), SuiteFlow, and SuiteBuilder
- SQL/SuiteQL experience for reporting and data analysis
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to work cross-functionally
- Excellent communication skills and experience working in a collaborative environment
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
Your bonus skills:
- NetSuite certifications (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation).
- Experience with multi-book accounting, consolidated reporting, or other financial systems
