Product Analyst Junior+ [HR]
We are looking for an HR Analyst to join our HR team and take ownership of analytics across Recruitment, Compensation & Benefits, and HR Automation.
This is a new role for the company, so you will build HR analytics from the ground up: defining key metrics, setting up data sources, and creating an analytics framework to support hiring, rewards, and people decisions.
Challenges that await you:
- Develop performance metrics to improve recruitment and HR workflows
- Analyze HR data and provide actionable insights for HR and business stakeholders
- Design and maintain monitoring reporting and dashboards for hiring and HR workflows
- Assess and improve the effectiveness of HR processes and automation
- Support data driven analysis related to compensation and rewards
- Ensure data quality and consistency across HR systems
What makes you a great fit:
- A mathematical or technical degree from one of the following universities MSU, MIPT, HSE, MSTU, MEPhI, or NES
- Strong knowledge of mathematical statistics and probability theory
- Analytical mindset and systematic thinking
- Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
- Experience in hypothesis testing and validation
- Proficiency in working with relational databases and SQL
- Excellent communication skills
- English proficiency at B1 level or higher for effective collaboration with an international team
