DBA
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a growing DBA team (currently 5 members, with active hiring ongoing).
- Oversee performance, availability, backup, and disaster recovery for more than 100 database servers, including several high-load systems.
- Collaborate closely with development teams, solution architects, and data analysts to ensure database reliability and efficiency.
- Drive adoption of modern practices for database management, migrations, automation, and process standardization.
- Evaluate, implement, and optimize new technologies and solutions to meet evolving business needs.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing large-scale, high-availability database infrastructures.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Experience working across cloud, on-premises, and containerized environments (Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
