Marketing Manager North Asia

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced North Asia Marketing Manager with a passion for tech to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will play a key part in developing and executing strategic marketing initiatives across China primarily, as well as South Korea, Taiwan and Japan. You will be responsible for translating broad marketing goals into actionable plans and executing them, as well as measuring the success of the campaigns for further actions.
What You Will Be Doing:
- Own the planning, execution, optimization, and reporting of integrated B2B marketing campaigns primarily in China and other markets in North Asia, aligning with sales targets and strategy.
- Translate global and APAC marketing strategy and product messaging into locally relevant, high-impact campaigns with the support of other marketing functions, such as brand and product marketing.
- Create and run multi-channel campaigns end-to-end across partners, digital (paid media, email, webinars, website) and events (virtual and in-person) channels, partnering with Sales and internal marketing functions to align with corporate objectives.
- Develop and execute to/through/with partner channel strategies with functional teams and local partners.
- Track campaign performance metrics, analyze data, and generate reports.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with associations and external partners.
- Stay current on industry trends and competitor activities.
About You:
- Based in Hong Kong, Shenzhen, or Guangzhou.
- 5-7 years of experience in field marketing or a related role, in the B2B tech space.
- High working proficiency in Mandarin and English. Other regional language knowledge is a plus.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns especially in digital marketing channels such as WeChat, Rednote and Baidu.
- Strong experience in planning and executing partner marketing activities.
- Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical abilities with experience in marketing data analysis and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp is a plus.
- Travel may be required - 20-30% of the time.
