In connection with rapid company growth, we're seeking a Sales Manager (with English language proficiency at B2 level or above).
Candidates will be offered the opportunity to relocate to one of our international offices (UAE, Europe, Latin America) after 3-6 months of work in Russia!
Responsibilities:
- Consulting and supporting customers through various channels (phone, messengers, personally in the showroom).
- Full sales cycle management of company products: motorboats, boat engines, snowmobiles, quad bikes, and related equipment.
- Personalized customer accompaniment at every stage, from initial contact to deal closure.
Requirements:
- Fluency in English (both written and oral) is MANDATORY!
- Strong command of verbal and written communication, adept at listening and understanding customer needs.
- Successful experience in telephonic or in-store sales lasting at least six months.
- No prior sales experience but a strong desire to learn.
