We are seeking a strategic, execution-oriented **Chief Operations Officer (COO)** to lead and scale our end-to-end Operations function in a high-growth environment. As a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, the COO will be responsible for driving operational excellence, scalability, and efficiency across all operational verticals, ensuring seamless execution aligned with our growth strategy and customer-centric mission.

- Define and execute Colombia’s operational strategy to support rapid growth, profitability, and market expansion.
- Translate business objectives into scalable, data-driven operational processes and KPIs.
- Ensure operational readiness to support new products, markets, and regulatory requirements.
- Lead, develop, and scale high-performing operational teams across multiple functions (Tele-sales, Ambassadors, Collections, Ops Support).
- Build a strong leadership bench and promote a culture of accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement.
- Design organizational structures that balance speed, control, and scalability.
- Oversee revenue-adjacent operations including tele-sales and field ambassador programs, ensuring efficiency, productivity, and conversion optimization.
- Partner closely with Product, Marketing, among other teams to optimize customer acquisition and retention.
- Ensure collections operations are effective, compliant, and aligned with customer experience principles.
- Establish and monitor operational KPIs, dashboards, and performance reviews.
- Use data to drive decision-making, forecast capacity needs, and proactively manage risks
**What Makes You a Great Fit**
- 8+ years of experience in Operations leadership roles, ideally within fintech, financial services, marketplaces, or high-growth tech companies in LATAM.
- Proven experience scaling complex, multi-layered operations in fast-paced environments.
- Strong background managing revenue-impacting teams (sales operations, field teams, collections, or similar).
- Demonstrated ability to lead large, diverse teams and senior leaders.
- Strong analytical mindset with deep understanding of operational metrics and unit economics.
- Experience working closely with Product and Engineering teams on automation and scalability initiatives.
- Executive presence with the ability to influence at C-level and Board level.
- Conversational English and Spanish.
