Our team is building an international software product for the iGaming industry.
We are currently strengthening our product and engineering collaboration and are looking for a System / Business Analyst who will focus primarily on payment integrations and transaction flows.
This is a middle-level role for someone who enjoys working deeply with system logic, APIs, edge cases, and real-money transaction scenarios.
Responsibilities
- Design and document integrations with payment providers (PSPs), including transaction flows (deposits, withdrawals, refunds, callbacks, retries).
- Analyze and describe system logic, transaction states, status mapping, and error-handling scenarios.
- Work with external API documentation and define clear integration contracts.
- Create detailed technical and system requirements, including edge cases and implementation nuances.
- Support integration testing before and after releases, validating payment flows and data consistency.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience as a System Analyst / Technical Business Analyst
- Hard skills: technical writing skills, SQL/PostgreSQL, API troubleshooting, ability to analyze system logs and errors
- Strong experience working with external integrations and REST APIs
- Experience with transactional systems, fintech, payments, or high-load products
- Basic SQL knowledge and ability to validate data
- High attention to detail and structured analytical thinking
- English level B2+
- Technical background is a plus
