Motion Designer
Prequel ( https://prequel.app/) is a mobile app that brings the magic of film retro, cinematic, and modern aesthetics to your photos and videos. With a suite of powerful filters and editing tools, we help creators tell their stories in style.
We are looking for a motion designer who turns briefs into engaging social media ads. Full cycle from brainstorm idea to final resize in After Effects, using AI.
Responsibilities
- Creation of advertising video creatives according to specifications for launching on various platforms, primarily Facebook/Instagram;
- Production of creatives in After Effects;
- Resizing and localization of finished creatives;
- Maintaining cleanliness and organization of project files and assets;
- Adherence to production processes and deadlines;
- Compliance with proper naming conventions for creative packs;
- Participation in brainstorming sessions for advertising creative ideas.
Requirements
- Proficient in After Effects, Photoshop, Figma;
- Experience with and understanding of AI tools (Midjourney, Kling, Krea, Runway, GPT, etc.);
- Keen visual awareness and aesthetic taste in selecting and generating photo/video assets;
- Strong typography skills and font selection;
- Ability to capture user attention through visuals and clearly convey the essence of the advertised product;
- Skills in working with music and audio effects;
- Ability to effectively plan and manage time to meet deadlines;
- Strong proficiency in working with references, including searching for and applying them in creative production.
