We’re looking for a Manager, GTM Technology to help Webflow scale revenue through best-in-class go-to-market and partner systems. In this role, you’ll own and evolve the systems that power our customer lifecycle from acquisition and expansion to renewal, ensuring our GTM teams can operate efficiently, make data-driven decisions, and deliver measurable impact.

- The cash compensation for this role is tailored to align with the cost of labor in different geographic markets.
This role is also eligible to participate in Webflow's company-wide bonus program. Target amounts are a percentage of base salary and vary by career level. Payouts are based on company performance against established financial and operational goals.

- Own and evolve the go-to-market systems stack (Salesforce, Clari, Outreach, and related tools) to support sales, revenue, and partner motions.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a cross-functional team of Salesforce developers, solution architects, admins, and business systems analysts.
- Drive end-to-end delivery of small, medium, and large initiatives, ensuring on-time execution and high-quality outcomes.
- Lead hands-on execution for large, transformational programs while setting standards for scalable process and technical design.
- Establish and run effective delivery practices.
About You:
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in business systems, revenue systems, or go-to-market technology roles.
- 3+ years of people management experience.
- Deep experience with Salesforce and adjacent GTM tools (e.g., Clari, Outreach).
- Strong understanding of sales, revenue operations, and partner workflows.
