You will join a highly strategic Legal & Compliance team that plays a central role in enabling the company’s growth, regulatory integrity, and operational resilience. The team works closely with senior management, finance, risk, HR, and external regulators to ensure that all corporate, financial, and regulatory matters are handled with rigor, efficiency, and foresight.

- Supportingcorporate, commercial, and regulatory legal work.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating a growing number of commercial, corporate, and government-related contracts under tight timelines.
- Managing an expanded scope of corporate governance, regulatory compliance, and labor law matters, ensuring alignment with local and financial regulations.
- Leading and coordinating all regulatory processes and ongoing matters before the Superintendencia Financiera de Colombia (SFC), including filings, responses to supervisory requests, and ongoing compliance obligations.
- Working closely with internal stakeholders and regulators to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant legal responses in a highly demanding and resource-intensive regulatory environment.
- Mitigating legal, regulatory, and compliance risks while preventing operational bottlenecks as the organization scales.
What Makes You a Great Fit
- Law degree with strong experience in corporate, financial, and regulatory law, preferably within regulated industries (financial services, fintech, banking, insurance, or similar).
- Solid hands-on experience dealing with financial regulators, ideally the Colombian Financial Superintendence (SFC), including regulatory filings and supervisory processes.
- Proven ability to manage high workloads and complex legal matters in fast-paced, growing organizations.
- Strong expertise in contract drafting and negotiation, corporate governance, and employment-related legal matters.
- High attention to detail, sound judgment, and a proactive approach to risk management and compliance.
- Ability to work cross-functionally, communicate clearly with non-legal stakeholders, and provide practical, business-oriented legal advice.
- A mindset focused on scalability, business continuity, and continuous improvement of legal processes.
- Conversational English.
