We are seeking a passionate and experienced HR Administrator to join our team.
Key responsibilities:
- Registering performers on Deel and MadeTask platforms, assigning tasks to them, preparing and processing documents.
- Negotiating, amending, and terminating Services agreements.
- Managing HR documentation for our company in Armenian jurisdiction.
- Inputting all necessary data into the CRM system (Hibob), continuously updating and maintaining it.
- Providing consultation and support to employees, assisting them with current issues.
- Organizing and improving document flow processes.
- Willingness to suggest and implement ideas for automation.
Qualification:
- You have experience working with documents and large volumes of information.
- You have English proficiency at the B1 level.
- You can easily explain complex concepts.
- You enjoy learning and adapt quickly.
It would be a plus if:
- You are familiar with human resources management systems and document management systems.
- You have knowledge of Russian and/or Armenian labor laws.
