The Senior Product Designer plays a pivotal role in shaping complex, system-level design solutions that elevate user experiences across Flo's app.
Your Experience
- 10+ years of professional experience designing mobile applications.
- Portfolio demonstrating systemic design, advanced interaction design.
- Proficiency in Figma and advanced prototyping tools.
- Experience using motion and animation tools (Lottie, Rive, After Effects).
- Experience in AI/LLM-powered design exploration.
What you'll be doing
- Lead complex design projects (0 → 1), creating scalable frameworks.
- Translate ambiguous product and data challenges into clear, user-centred experiences.
- Design features, e2e flows, and experiments.
- Develop and evolve interaction models, motion principles, and visual systems.
Salary Range - London
£85,000 - £105,000 GBP
Salary Range - Vilnius
€7,127 - €7,577 EUR per month
