Servers.com is a global IaaS hosting platform providing a full range of computing, storage, and networking services for customers in the US, Europe, and Asia. We are building a fully automated platform capable of meeting the various requirements of our customers.
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented IT Project Manager to join our team and lead the successful execution of development-driven projects. These include new product launches, infrastructure automation initiatives, and service delivery improvements — all of which require close collaboration with our development and R&D teams.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring timely project completion, effective communication across departments, and efficient change management. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, project management skills, and the ability to coordinate with various stakeholders to effectively drive projects within a development environment.
Project initiation and execution: participate in the launch of new products and infrastructure projects, oversee the projects from inception to completion, act as the primary point of contact for project-related inquiries and updates.
Work closely with software developers, R&D engineers, and other teams to define project requirements, ensure technical alignment and delivery.
Gather and relay project requirements, updates, and feedback effectively to all relevant teams.
Develop and maintain realistic project timelines, considering inputs from all teams involved.
Ensure project milestones are met on time and within scope.
Implement and manage change control processes, collaborating closely with the development and R&D teams and monitor progress to ensure adherence to deadlines.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date reports on project statuses in Confluence, ensuring transparency and accountability.
Proven experience in project management within an IT setting.
Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English (at least B2 level).
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in using project management software and collaboration tools like Confluence.
