Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a scalable Google SEO strategy for US and LATAM markets.
- Conduct regular technical SEO audits and drive implementation with the product/dev team.
- Build and manage a structured content production process (hire and manage copywriters, create briefs, control quality).
- Develop and execute a link building strategy.
- Generate and validate SEO growth hypotheses.
- Track performance and report on organic traffic, rankings, and conversions.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of hands-on SEO experience.
- Proven experience with international SEO projects (US, LATAM, ES/PT markets).
- Strong expertise in technical SEO, content SEO, and link building.
- Experience managing copywriters and scaling content production.
- Advanced knowledge of tools such as Ahrefs, GSC, GA4, or SEMrush.
- Strong analytical mindset and ownership attitude.
- Fluent English; Spanish and/or Portuguese is a strong plus.
