Your Mission
- Own and oversee the processing of external requests related to user data from:
- Public authorities: courts, law enforcement, prosecutors, regulators, etc.
- Private authorities: banks, financial institutions, insurance companies, legal representatives, etc.
- Ensure requests are assessed, prioritized, and handled in compliance with applicable laws, internal policies, and data protection regulations.
- Act as the main point of escalation for complex or sensitive requests.
- Supervise and support a team of external reports specialists, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Privacy, Security, and Compliance teams to improve workflows and ensure aligned decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of requests and support internal reporting and audit activities.
- Identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational excellence within the team.
Your Profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a relevant role
- Proven experience working with or responding to legal/governmental or institutional data requests.
- Solid understanding of data protection, privacy laws (e.g., GDPR), and legal process frameworks.
- Excellent organizational and decision-making skills, especially under pressure or in sensitive scenarios.
- Strong leadership qualities and prior experience supervising a team or mentoring others.
- Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and documentation skills.
- Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.
