Business Analyst Middle [Finance]
The Finance team is responsible for budgeting, financial planning, accounting and financial reporting. The main goal is to optimize financial processes, manage expenses, analyse financial data, and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. The team plays a key role in maintaining regulatory compliance, managing cash flow, and supporting the organization's overall financial well-being.
Challenges that await you:
- Working with Treasury team and Product Manager to define TO BE processes and highlight the gaps
- Producing documentation such as business requirements, flow diagrams, regulatory requirement specifications, data definitions for further use by both business and IT teams
- Facilitating workshops with cross-functional stakeholders including Finance, Treasury, Risk, Data, Compliance, Legal, and collaborating with external vendors, and internal IT teams
- Training and onboarding the team into new processes, preparing instructions and manuals
- Working with regulatory reports: report generation logic, attribute composition and data sources
- Collaborating with the Treasury team and maintain Policies & Procedures documentation for all critical Treasury processes
What makes you a great fit:
- 3+ years as Business Analyst in Financial Services with Treasury/Capital Markets exposure
- B2 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
- Ability to visualize data and draw actionable conclusions
- Experience in developing software for payment or transaction processing
- Previous experience working with Treasury Management System, ALM system, Trading System, Post-Trade Processing Systems
Your bonus skills:
- Experience with system implementation projects for Risk/Account/Trading department
- Familiarity with financial products such as FX, MM, Bonds, Derivatives
- Experience with financial reporting in accordance with international accounting standards IFRS and US GAAP
- Experience with regulatory reporting within financial services
