FP&A Analyst
We are seeking for an experienced FP&A Analyst to join our high-performing team in Mexico City.
You will be directly involved in building and maintaining models, analyzing financial performance, and contributing to key strategic initiatives across the company.
You will report directly to Head of FP&A and will work closely with cross-functional teams across the organization.
Challenges that await you:
- Develop and maintain financial models, forecasts, and budgets by segments, products, and channels
- Conduct plan vs. fact variance analysis
- Support operating expense management, including cost analysis and forecasting
- Develop KPIs to measure business performance
- Support cross-functional decision-making with relevant financial insights
- Participate in the budgeting process
- Prepare analytical notes and reports for senior management
- Optimize and automate financial and business processes
- Calculate key metrics such as CAC (Customer Acquisition Cost), NPV, CLTV
- Perform ad-hoc analytics to support business outcomes
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and accounting principles
- Engage with external auditors and support audit processes when needed
What makes you a great fit:
- Experience in financial and management reporting
- Strong background in financial modeling or business evaluation methodology design
- Advanced MS Excel skills, including Power Query, pivot tables and automated dashboards
- Proficient in SQL. Nice to have some experience with: Python, VBA
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
- Detail-oriented and structured, with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Comfortable working in a high-performing, collaborative team environment
- Intermediate or higher level of spoken and written English
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- General understanding of database structures, objects, and query optimization
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
