### **What makes you a great fit:**
- Proven experience in **B2B or corporate learning** (mandatory). - Experience working as a **Methodologist, Instructional Designer, or Learning Experience Designer** at Middle or Senior level. - Ideally, experience across both **EdTech and corporate environments**. - Strong understanding of **learning design methodologies and frameworks**. - Experience working with **learning effectiveness metrics** and business impact indicators. - Product mindset with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes. - Experience working with **hypothesis-driven learning design** (formulation, validation, iteration). - Strong systems thinking and structured problem-solving skills. - Ability to operate in ambiguity and make decisions with limited data. - Strong working proficiency in **English** (daily collaboration with international teams).
### **Nice to Have:**
- Spanish proficiency. - Experience working with **fast-growing products** or scaling learning systems. - Experience collaborating closely with cross-functional business stakeholders. - Clear understanding of how learning initiatives impact business metrics (beyond training delivery).
