Customer Service
Customer Service is responsible for ensuring quality customer support. It deals with issues related to banking products and services, providing information on fees, procedures, and service conditions. Customer Service staff responds to customer inquiries, assists in problem resolution, and offers consultations on financial matters. The primary goal of this department is to create a positive customer experience with the bank, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Challenges that await you:
- Interactions with other teams for the successful implementation of tasks
- Participate in architecture of backend services and development of a complex system using modern technologies
- Development of a new product from scratch
What makes you a great fit:
- 4+ years of experience in Software Engineering
- Excellent proven knowledge of Go
- You have an experience crafting robust, high-scale, distributed systems in production environments
- You have worked with PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka
- Know REST and gRPC
- B1 or higher English level for effective communication with an international team
