About the Company:
We are a VC-backed Series A data startup based in London. Our team is international and comprises highly skilled and extremely friendly individuals. We are proud to be among the official roundtables on AI regulations and ethics in the UK and Europe.
About the Product:
All-in-one DataOps platform — an AI product that automates data access and provisioning, solving the problem of replacing sensitive production data from non-production environments with right-sized, production-like data.
What You’ll Do:
- Own and operate our SaaS infrastructure — ensuring reliability, scalability, and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Be a beacon of infrastructure knowledge, specifically around containerisation and workload orchestration — supporting both internal teams and customers, including troubleshooting on-prem environments.
- Design and maintain infrastructure as code — automating cloud provisioning, configuration, and operational tasks.
- Build and support CI/CD pipelines and core infrastructure tooling — CI/CD platform, artifact storage, on-call systems.
- Manage and improve the internal release process — reliably delivering multiple components from code to production.
- Design and implement observability solutions — cover metrics, logs, and alerts through code.
- Optimise cloud resource utilisation and cost management — implement effective automated controls.
- Automate security and compliance practices — including vulnerability detection and mitigation.
- Continuously improve operational routines — on-call processes, runbooks, alerting, and incident response.
