Data analyst [Collections]
We are looking for a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our Collections team. In this role, you’ll play a key part in improving our collections strategies through data-driven insights and rigorous experimentation. You’ll partner closely with Risk and Operations teams to optimize recovery performance, agent efficiency, and overall portfolio health.
Challenges that await you:
- Design, execute, and evaluate A/B tests and other experiments to identify the best strategies for improving repayment rates, agent productivity, and customer contact efficiency
- Develop and refine performance metrics, agent incentive models, and operational KPIs
- Collaborate with Product, Risk, and Operations teams to identify growth opportunities, test process changes, and measure business impact
- Build and automate data pipelines, dashboards, and monitoring systems to ensure timely, actionable insights
- Forecast performance and model financial outcomes to support decision-making in collection strategies and resource allocation
- Communicate findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders and translate data into business actions
What makes you a great fit:
- 2–4+ years of experience in data analytics, preferably in Collections, Risk, or Product Analytics
- Strong background in A/B testing and experimental design — from hypothesis formulation and sample sizing to statistical validation and actionable insights
- Solid understanding of statistics, probability, and causal inference
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python for data analysis
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Superset)
- Proven ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate analytical results effectively
- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating in a fast-moving fintech environment.
Your bonus skills:
- Experience in fintech, lending, or collections analytics
- Familiarity with data workflow tools such as Airflow or dbt
- Background in fraud detection, credit risk, or portfolio performance analytics
- Experience mentoring analysts or leading small analytical initiatives

- Flexible work from one of our offices or remote
- Healthcare Coverage
- Education Budget: Language lessons, professional training and certifications
- Wellness Budget: Mental health and fitness activity reimbursements
- Vacation policy: 20 days of annual leave and paid sick leave
