The Office Management function is responsible for ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the office and the administrative processes that support the entire organization. - Building, organizing, and scaling office and administrative processes from the ground up in a dynamic, high-growth environment.
- Managing the daily office operations, ensuring a functional, organized, and employee-friendly workplace.
- Coordinating vendors, general services, purchasing, contracts, and office maintenance.
- Supporting administrative and operational aspects related to People/Talent teams, including onboarding logistics, internal events, and employee well-being initiatives.
- Designing and implementing internal policies and procedures that promote efficiency, structure, and scalability.
- Balancing cost control with a seamless and positive employee experience.
- Adapting quickly to organizational changes, new operational needs, and team growth.
- Collaborating cross-functionally with Finance, People, Legal, and team leaders to ensure integrated operations.
- Managing multiple priorities in an environment with evolving processes, while maintaining high standards of organization and follow-up.
- Supporting internal audits, administrative reporting, and operational requirements from leadership.

- 3–5+ years of experience in Office Manager, Administration, Operations, or similar roles, ideally within startups or high-growth companies.
- Proven ability to build processes from scratch and adapt them as the organization scales.
- Highly proactive, hands-on, and autonomous, with strong problem-solving skills.
- Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills.
- A continuous improvement mindset with a strong focus on efficiency and internal customer service.
- Creative, resilient, and motivated to build structure in fast-changing environments.
- Energized by fast-paced, high-impact environments and comfortable handling complex operational challenges.
- Conversational English.
